Find your contracting entity for tax information

The exact regulations on whether you have to pay taxes on your AdSense earnings vary by contracting entity. Here's how to find your contracting entity:

1. Sign in to your AdSense account.
2. Click Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the left navigation panel.
3. In the AdSense Terms & Conditions, review the introductory paragraph to find your contracting entity.
   Your contracting entity will be one of the following:
   • Google Inc.
   • Google Ireland
   • Google Advertising (Shanghai) Company Limited
   • Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
